Barcelona is declared best European city in foreign direct investment strategy for the second time in a row   Catalonia beats in 2018 its historic hiring record within the logistics sector
The city presents the best cost-result relationship, and is the most efficient promoting and raising investment. Barcelona has surpassed cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin or Dublin on this award.   Last year 665,000 m2 of logistic surface area were hired, a 44.3% more than in 2017 In 2019, the logistics sector forecasts the hiring of 272,546 m2 more in Catalonia.

Barcelona will become European capital of urban mobility and will lead a worldwide innovation community
MOBILus, an international public-private platform, has a budget of €1,600 M. The aim of the EIT Urban Mobility project is to find solutions to the challenges imposed by urban mobility. (+)
