Barcelona consolidates as digital innovation hub following the opening of the “Thinx” lab for 5G tech projects   The hiring of spaces for logistics in Catalonia grows 55% and this third quarter already surpasses the amount for 2017
It is addressed to start-ups, SMEs, and corporations for the testing of their 5G tech apps. Barcelona aims at being one of the main European digital innovation hubs in the field.   The annual accumulated of hired spaces for logistics reaches 486,946 m2 15 agreements of over 10,000 m2 each where closed during the first three quarters of 2018.
