District 22@ has achieved the highest figures for office rental contracts in the last ten years   The Logistics Market in Catalonia grows to almost 75%, with nearly 400,000 m² accounted for
The 101,000 m2 of office space contracted in the district in 2017 account for 30% of all of Barcelona. There is currently 129,000 m2 of office space under construction in District 22@, which will be ready for service before the end of 2019.   This positive development is due to the hiring of e-commerce logistics operators. In the first semester 8 operations of over 20,000 m² each have been recorded.

HIGHLIGHTS


Barcelona is to host Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the most important audio-visual fair in the world, from 2020 onwards
The trade fair, which has to date been held in Amsterdam, currently attracts over 80,000 visitors. It has been calculated that the economic impact in Barcelona will be similar to that of the Mobile World Congress.
