Viladecans – Serral Llarg i Can Sabadell

This urban plan defines two planning sectors in Viladecans, located between the C32 motorway and the C245, within the influence area of the Baix Llobregat agricultural park and the airport: Can Sabadell is a 260,780 m² sector area located west of Barcelona airport with a building capability of 180,000 m² and intended for the implementation of economic activity linked to the airport system such as offices. The Serrall Llarg sector comprises 277,883 m² and has a building capability of 60,000 m². This sector aims to implement an economic activity sector linked to tourism, hotel industry and sports uses.
