Marina del Prat Vermell

With a potential of 30,000 inhabitants, when completely developed it will occupy almost 80 hectares of land (equivalent to 40 blocks). Accessibility is guaranteed through the new metro line 9 and the Zona Franca promenade, in addition to the construction of a large central park of about 2 hectares as an integrating center for public spaces. It will involve the creation of 1,184,657 sqm of roof, with a potential of 10,800 homes, 48% of which will be protected at different levels. A quarter of the sector will be dedicated to economic activity.

The work began in several sectors of the area in order to provide it with a new road network and generate the first lots to build protected housing (the first 100 homes have already been finished).
