Marina del Prat Vermell is the former industrial neighborhood in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona, which is currently undergoing urban transformation. It’s surrounded by areas of neuralgic importance for the city such as Port of Barcelona and the Zona Franca. The new Fira de Barcelona grounds and the D38 business area project make this zone one of the most dynamic for urban actions, with 80-hectare area of land to create in the long run a neighborhood for 30,000 potential residents, eco-efficient, with a large number of services and strategically located. The project is designed following criteria of eco-efficiency to optimize underground. Sector 10 is fully urbanized and the plots are ready for building. 89% of the space is zoned for unregulated housing.
