The German fund  Patrizia has recently acquired an office building that is being developed in the 22 @ district of Barcelona for 72 million euros. The office complex, called Diagrame and located at the intersection of Pere IV and Badajoz streets, will consist of 15,000 square meters, and will be built to the highest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency. Work is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
