The District returns to Barcelona with its real estate event from September 25th to 27th at La Fira, expecting over 12,000 industry professionals. Under the theme “Elevate Your Business. Accelerate Your Deals,” it will focus on emerging business opportunities in the current economic cycle.

More than 300 firms will showcase projects seeking investment and offer services to facilitate transactions. Additionally, The District World Summit 2024, a European congress bringing together over 400 experts to discuss real estate sector challenges, will take place.

As a novelty, a forum dedicated to real estate infrastructure will be presented, exploring the macro-trend of flex as a solution to affordable housing shortages.

The District positions itself as a key event for the real estate sector, providing a unique platform for idea exchange, networking, and investment exploration.

With a focus on innovation and emerging trends, The District 2024 promises to be a must-attend event for anyone interested in the real estate world.
