The American multinational XPO Logistics has rented a plot of more than 10,000 m2 in the Polígono Can Salvatella, in the Vallès Occidental. The new facilities will include almost 5,000 m2 of storage and 700 m2 for offices. The logistics market in Catalonia has recovered in recent months and in the third quarter the hiring had already reached 120,000 m2, in line with the 130,000 in the same period of 2019, according to data from Savills Aguirre Newman.
