Talus Real Estate consolidates its presence in Catalan logistics with an acquisition of 47,000 square meters
Aims to promote the development of a logistics ship of 17,000 square meters

Talus Real Estate has taken a significant step by securing a strategic plot of more than 47,000 square meters in the Catalan Metropolitan Region, thus consolidating its position in the logistics sector. Located at the crossroads of the A-2 and the AP-7, this location further reinforces its presence in the region’s first logistics ring.
This acquisition marks a milestone for Talus by driving the development of a 17,000 square meter logistics warehouse, equipped with 20 truck docks, ESFR sprinkler systems and BREEAM Excellent and Net Zero Carbon Emissions certifications. In addition, the facility will have solar panels for self-consumption, LED lighting, parking areas for more than 176 vehicles, as well as charging spaces and patios designed for electric vehicles.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, at which time the asset will be available for lease. Angel Ovejas, Head of Asset Management at Talus, emphasized the company’s continued commitment to the expansion and consolidation of its presence in the real estate market.
