Viladecans – Illa A-Business Center

Illa A-Business Center is located in Viladecans Business Park (one of the three great areas of economic activity in the municipality of Villadecans) it is an office complex formed by 4 buildings, with common green spaces. The project maintains the continuity of the landscape through the architecture, enhancing a natural and scenic experience throughout the park.

The new Business Center covers an area of 26,357 sqm to allocate offices and commercial facilities. The buildings follow the new pillars for efficient working spaces: sustainability, flexibility, digitalisation and circularity.

It is located 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona and next to the international airport. The Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park and several industrial parks, as well as highways and train connections, are surrounding the new Illa A-Business Center.
