Llevant is a new urban development located on the eastern edge of the city, which covers more than 16 hectares for mixed-use investment opportunities. The main objective for this location is to create a new urban area that comprises residential and economic activities. The plan focuses on residential development in the far northern area, continuing to the other side of Bonaventura Calopa street, with a total of 326 homes. It also delimits two autonomous locations destined for hotel and economic activity.
