Sant Boi de Llobregat – Llevant

Llevant is a new urban development located on the eastern edge of the city, which covers more than 16 hectares for mixed-use investment opportunities. The main objective for this location is to create a new urban area that comprises residential and economic activities. The plan focuses on residential development in the far northern area, continuing to the other side of Bonaventura Calopa street, with a total of 326 homes. It also delimits two autonomous locations destined for hotel and economic activity. Sector Llevant will become the town’s new frontage, connecting this area to the rest of the city with a new neighborhood and mixed-use developments, and it will connect this area to the rest of the city with a new neighborhood and mixed-use developments.
