Logistics leases expected to top 500,000 m2 by the end of the year in Barcelona alone, according to BPN Paribas real estate consultants. They affirm that increasing consumption and e-commerce is pushing leasing and investment in logistics spaces to all-time highs. Likewise, Savills Aguirre Newman assures that profitability continues to rise and there aren’t enough assets that meet the needs of demand, which mainly wants to be located in Barcelona’s inner ring.
