Cilsa, the society managing the logistic activities area from Barcelona’s port, the ZAL Port, shared by Barcelona’s Port  (51.5%) and Merlin Properties (48.5%), has announced that it will invest €150M till 2021 in order to build 271,000sqm of logistic industrial units. This will mean the completion of the commercialization for this whole logistic premises. ZAL Port closed over the last few months the biggest implantations of logistic platforms in Catalonia. We could highlight among others: the hiring of 35,000sqm to Damm, 23,000sqm to Caprabo, 11,000sqm to Agility, 61,000sqm to Lidl, 96,000sqm to Decathlon or 25,000sqm to UPS.
