Foreign investors continue betting on the 22@ district. On one side, according to sources from the sector, British fund Rockspring bought for €21M a 2,740sqm office building which is nowadays occupied by the advertising multinational  McCann. On the other, WeWork (the American giant on coworking spaces) will open this spring a new office centre in one of the three buildings forming the Platinum@Bcn complex at 22@ district. It will occupy a surface area of 8,300sqm.
