The arrival of real estate investment continues at 22@, the innovation district. For starters, the Praedium group will invest €40 million to build its first office building devoted to coworking services. Also, Meridia Capital has payed €25 million to Värde Partners for a piece of land with a buildability of 25,000 m2. Finally, investment fund Metropolis has invested €50 million at a 10,000 m2 office building under construction promoted by real estate firm Britten.
