Airbnb opens in Barcelona a service centre with 800 workers
Airbnb will open a new international hosts and travellers service centre which will employ 800 people, and will be located at Sagrera, Barcelona. The service and staff will belong to CPM, company that manages ten other Airbnb service centres in several countries. Barcelona service centre will deal with enquiries in nine languages and will be one of the biggest seven service centres Airbnb has in Europe.
