Neinor Homes and the Orion Capital Managers fund have strengthened their presence in the Barcelona real estate market through the acquisition of residential land in the municipalities of Sant Cugat del Vallés and Rubí. The transaction, valued at approximately 12 million euros and facilitated by aCapital of the aFinance Group, involves plots with a total area of 17,674 square meters and a projected buildable area of 23,000 square meters on the ground floor plus two floors in height.

 

This strategic agreement marks a significant step forward in the expansion of Neinor Homes and Orion Capital Managers, who plan to develop a residential project on the site. Consisting of 104 semi-detached single-family homes, the project will be divided into four phases, offering various residential options. Furthermore, the context of the real estate market in Sant Cugat del Vallés stands out, where the average price of housing reaches 3,664 euros per square meter, with a year-on-year growth of 2.8%, according to data from Brainsre.

 

In this context, the new construction sector experiences a higher price, standing at 4,797 euros per square meter, with a year-on-year increase of 2.2%, although it has experienced a decrease of 2.4% in the last three months. This strategic move reinforces the position of Neinor Homes and Orion Capital Managers in the dynamic real estate market in the region.
