The American logistics developer Mountpark has landed in the Catalan market by acquiring a 92,000 square meter plot in El Pla de Santa Maria, Tarragona. Its plan includes the construction of a 56,000-square-meter building with 56 loading docks, designed for eventual division into two independent structures.

The strategic location of the plot, near the Barcelona, Zaragoza, Madrid axis and less than a kilometer from the AP2 motorway, ensures optimal connectivity with the regional transport network. In addition, it is 36 km from Tarragona, a city that is part of the Mediterranean Corridor.

Mountpark, through its joint venture with Affinius Capital, aims to develop cutting-edge logistics buildings in Europe, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom and Western and Central Europe.
