At the inaugural event, which was attended by the Minister of Business and Work of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Roger Torrent, and the Councilor for Business and Technologies 4.0 of the Molins de Rei City Council, Joan Carles Serra, it was highlighted that the plant plans have 100 employees by 2024 and produce 450 reformers annually.

Torrent affirmed the Generalitat’s commitment to the development of green hydrogen projects, underlining its crucial role in the decarbonization of heavy transport and industry. He highlighted that the MMM initiative is aligned with the Government’s objectives, focused on strengthening the innovative ecosystem of green hydrogen, offering productive solutions to the green mobility industry, generating stable and quality employment, and energizing the local economy.

Jordi Priu, CEO of MMM Group, highlighted that the project was born with synergies within the group, representing a commitment to innovation, excellence and sustainable growth.
