The newly acquired building is a type C detached building, built on a plot of 6,237 m² and distributed in four independent multi-storey modules. Each has a production workshop and office space for administrative tasks.
Thanks to this acquisition, Desyman will have more space for the production of computer components, in line with its current strategic plan.

According to Gerard Plana, director of Forcadell’s Industrial-Logistics Department, “the industrial market for warehouses for sale maintains, as it did in 2021, a positive trend in terms of purchasing attitude, with a growing demand for acquisition driven mainly by consolidated companies such as Desyman”.
