The Mobile World Congress, which has been held in Barcelona since 2006 and gathers around 2,500 companies and more than 100,000 visitors from all over the world, will continue in Barcelona, at least, until 2024. This is the commitment signed between the Fundación Barcelona Mobile World Capital and the GSMA. The impact that the congress has on the city’s economy is estimated at around 500 million euros.
