Àtic Coworking Business Center has reinforced its presence in the 22@ technological district of Barcelona with the acquisition of a 2,500 square meter warehouse on Calle Llull. This new acquisition increases its portfolio to 17,700 square meters dedicated to coworking and events.

The new facility has been designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from conferences and exhibitions to filming and immersive experiences. Its advanced infrastructure and flexible design will allow Àtic Group to offer creative and personalized solutions.

This move is part of the company’s expansion strategy, which, directed by Vanesa Vaquerizo and Jordi Verdejo, seeks to consolidate its commitment to innovation.

Apart from the new warehouse in Poblenou, Àtic Group currently manages four event spaces and five coworking spaces. Looking ahead to 2025, the company plans to expand to other Spanish cities such as Bilbao, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca.
