On December 1, the Catalan Government gave the green light to the creation of a technological hub for financial innovation in the building that occupies the Barcelona Stock Exchange, on Paseo de Gracia, with the transfer of five floors to the Institut Català de Finances (ICF) for a period of 12 years.
