Coinciding with its 80th anniversary, the American multinational corporation HP has established the world’s largest plastics and metal 3D printing centre, which will become an international benchmark in the sector, in Sant Cugat del Vallès. This city is also home to the headquarters of the company’s global 3D printing operations. The new facilities will have nearly one hundred large-scale industrial printers, which will occupy over 14,000 m2. The new facility is also a research and development centre (R&D) in printing technology and will have a 4,500-m2 lab.
