Real estate group Conren Tramway, 50% shared by the German investment manager Conren Land, will manage the construction of three corporative buildings in Barcelona. They will sum up a built area of 60,000 sqm and an investment of €150m. One of those three projects will renovate old Endesa’s headquarters at avinguda Paral·lel, building known as ‘les Tres Xemeneies’ (the three chimneys). The other two buildings will be constructed at Glòries tower area, at the technological district of 22@, one of the most active areas in the city in what refers to construction of office space.
