Barcelona Catalonia is the umbrella for a series of projects located in the Barcelona metropolitan area that establish a new development model that is fairer, more efficient and more sustainable. By participating in the sector’s most relevant international real estate trade fairs, Barcelona Catalonia is renewing its commitment to these projects that combine economic activity, investment opportunities, respect for the environment and clean technologies.

Barcelona Catalonia will once again be at The District Barcelona, taking place from 30 September to 2 October at the Fira de Barcelona fairgrounds. Tuesday 30 September will be Metropolitan Investors Day, showcasing investment opportunities in the Barcelona metropolitan area, as well as highlighting the most important urban transformation initiatives in six metropolitan cities and presenting ten municipalities represented at the Barcelona Catalonia stand.

Additionally, Barcelona Catalonia will also be at Expo Real, held in Munich from 6 to 8 October. This fair is considered one of the most important events in the international real estate industry and a benchmark for investment and urban development. Expo Real is a key platform for networking, presenting real estate projects and discussing emerging trends and key topics in the European property sector.

At Expo Real, under the motto “Where else?”, Barcelona Catalonia will present its strategic projects around Catalonia, offering diverse investment opportunities for all sectors (logistics, retail, hospitality, residential, etc.), showcasing Barcelona and Catalonia as strategic destinations for investment and new projects, and reaffirming their commitment to an inclusive, sustainable, cohesive development model.

Barcelona Catalonia continues to strengthen its public-private partnership model, combining initiatives led by various public administrations and private sector real estate developments. The stand at Expo Real will bring together various municipal and metropolitan administrations working together on urban development projects in Catalonia.
