The Catalan Land Institute (INCASÒL) has sold an isolated industrial plot of 4,874.11 m² to the company Comercial Aluminio Vimu S.L. (COALUM) in the south of Balaguer, Noguera.

COALUM, in collaboration with SISVIAL, acquired this plot for €326,565.37. The company, specialized in the manufacture of carpentry and metal elements for construction, will move its operations to Campllong III. This move will allow COALUM to expand its facilities, optimize logistics and improve its workshop. Planning an investment of 1.5 million euros and the creation of between 10 and 15 new jobs.

The Campllong III sector, which covers 70,148 m², represents the second expansion of the Campllong sector, developed since 1986. With this sale, INCASÒL has completed the marketing of all available plots in this sector.
