Kronos has undertaken the development of Parc Central, an innovative and ecological neighborhood in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona, ​​with a total investment of 127 million euros. This residential project, which will encompass more than 500 homes, represents a significant milestone in Kronos Real Estate Group’s (KREG) vision of creating urban communities of the future.

Within this initiative, 228 homes are included for sale through the Hudson residential complex by Kronos Homes, and another 302 for rent through Stay by Kronos.

The opening ceremony was attended by prominent figures in the sector, such as Rui Meneses Ferreira, CEO of Kronos Homes, and Alberto García-Gasco, investment manager of Nuveen Real Estate, among others. Saïd Hejal, CEO of Kronos Real Estate Group, expressed his vision of Parc Central as a space that integrates sustainable architecture and green areas to enrich the urban environment and the quality of life of its residents.

Hudson by Kronos Homes, the housing project for sale, has been designed by the Binarq architects studio with the aim of maximizing the connection with the natural environment of Sant Pere de Ribes.

On the other hand, Stay by Kronos offers an innovative rental concept with premium services that promote the community and well-being of its inhabitants. Both projects stand out for their commitment to sustainability, reflected in energy efficiency, sustainable construction and obtaining high-quality environmental certifications. With Parc Central, Kronos consolidates its presence in Catalonia and reaffirms its commitment to responsible and sustainable urban development.
