Savills will lead the transformation of WTC Barcelona, a significant business center in the city’s port. Their work will encompass asset and technical management, along with providing marketing advice, aiming to enhance the spaces for the operating businesses.

The WTC Barcelona complex, which includes offices, a luxury hotel, commercial and dining areas, as well as event facilities and parking, hosts multinational companies like the Port of Barcelona and Accord Healthcare.

Anna Gener, CEO of Savills Barcelona, emphasizes the importance of this renovation in revitalizing life in the port, highlighting the city’s crucial role in the Blue Economy.

On another note, Elian Barcelona, a part of Viserion, has acquired a plant in the Port of Barcelona, marking the beginning of a new phase of expansion in their supply chain.

Additionally, Euroindoor has sold a covered paddle tennis facility in Alcorcón, while the French firm Alderan Société de Gestion Immobilière has invested in unique industrial and logistics projects.

Finally, the German asset manager DWS has acquired three photovoltaic plants in Badajoz, with a total capacity of 147 MW, to supply energy to 91,800 households per year.
