Catalan cuisine is one of the world-most prestigious. There is no better proof of this, given the great number of Michelin stars it possesses. In fact, Catalonia is the territory of the State with the most stars, with a total of 65 awards, followed by the Basque Country and Madrid.

There are already more than fifty restaurants scattered throughout the Catalan territory which have been awarded at the Michelin Guide Gala this year, and therefore, at least one Michelin star.
