Barcelona holds the 4th place within the ranking of best qualified cities for a technological future, a ranking drawn up by the consultancy firm Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), and within which the Catalan capital is only surpassed by Singapore, London and Shanghai. Behind Barcelona, this Top Ten is completed by Moscow, New York, Toronto, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sidney. This study is included for the first time within the report by the Observatori Barcelona, drawn up by Barcelona’s Town Hall and Chamber of Commerce.
