Creating the conditions for social and economics progress

Aedas Homes is entering in Terrassa (Barcelona) to build three residential projects that will raise more than 200 homes.

David Martínez, director of the property developer Aedas Homes, announced this October that it will build more than 200 homes through three residential projects in Terrassa (Barcelona) with an investment of 50 million euros. This operation is expected to create around 500 indirect jobs.

The launch of Vernet, the first of these three projects, which will involve the construction of 81 residential homes in the south-east of Terrassa, will begin in the coming weeks. Subsequently, the promoter will launch the following projects, Herolt and Sirani, to the north of Terrassa, with 39 and 87 homes respectively.

These projects will involve urban regeneration, as they will be developed on plots of land that were in a state of degradation, according to Aedas Home. The three developments will have between one and four bedrooms and will have sustainability as their flagship since, according to the developer, “all the homes in our projects will have an A energy rating”.

The developer is present in 10 municipalities in Catalonia, where it has promoted projects for more than 2,000 homes, nine of which are in the province of Barcelona and one in Tarragona.
