The British-owned multinational company King, the creator and owner of well-known online games like Candy Crush, has rented an area of 9,000 m2 in the office building being constructed by Colonial real estate firm on the Calle Ciutat de Granada, near the Glòries Tower in the 22@ district of Barcelona, the city’s innovation district. The new building will also be home to the Norwegian group Schibsted, the owner of Infojobs, which last year pre-rented 11,000 m2 in the same building.
